Oakfold Developments is pleased to announce the successful exchange of the option agreement for their inaugural housing development.
Located in a sustainable village to the south of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, the option was exchanged for a site with 32 homes; half of which will be allocated as affordable housing, with the remaining half available to purchase on the open market.
