We identify suitable sites and landowners, whilst taking into consideration planning constraints, utilities and local need for affordable and social housing.

2. Heads of Terms
We agree commercial terms with the landowner and their representatives for the development of the identified site.

3. Pre Application Planning Advice
We undertake pre-application advice with the Local Planning Authority

4. Option agreement
We negotiate rights to purchase/sell the land, subject to planning via an option or promotion agreement.

5. Planning
Through engaging with local stakeholders, planners and the landowner, we secure planning permission for the development.

6. Marketing & Sale
The site is marketed to a developer/housing association to construct and deliver the much needed homes
